The 8-year old Adam lost his grandpa. Since he is pure in the heart, Allah grants to see him in a dream in which his grandpa describes to him Paradise.
It is made clear in the book that these images are not the real Paradies, but the imagination of a child. Your child will get inspired to ponder more about Paradise and boost his Iman, if God is willing.
