Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused and in its original condition
- be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
- show no signs of damage caused by misuse
Please contact us before sending any item back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and packaging
We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads (including STL files)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products, unless they arrive damaged or defective
