Studio Numoon offers sculptural design objects, lighting products and digital products through our online store.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Products

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order or produced using 3D printing techniques, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur. These variations are part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in the applicable currency.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

suspected fraud
pricing errors
stock availability
technical issues

If payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Production & Shipping

Some products are made to order.

Production times shown on the product page are estimates and may vary depending on demand.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Studio Numoon is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping providers or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

7. Digital Products

Digital products, including STL files, are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

resell the files
redistribute the files
share the download
upload the files to other websites
sell printed copies
use the files commercially without written permission from Studio Numoon

All digital sales are final.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, sculptures, photographs, renderings, product concepts, logos, graphics and text—is the intellectual property of Studio Numoon.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
